Floaty Felix - Limited Edition A4 Print

At 106 years old (454 cat years) Felix the Cat is officially the worlds first animated superstar. Superseding the mouse by ten years, his first animated film Feline Follies came out in 1919.

As with many cartoon superstars, he's been through a few physical changes over the years, much like Garfield, and the mouse. But his contemporary form still holds the odd charm of the well known 1930s version, and its that classic look I pay homage to in this digital print. You wont need to look far for other Felix the Cat trippy images, as his surreal adventures spawned a mass of trippy artwork, which I'm gladly adding to.
